EASTMAN CHEMICAL SIGNS MANAGED PAYROLL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH CNETG ASIA


Eastman Chemical in Malaysia signed a managed payroll services contract with CnetG Asia recently. CnetG will provide payroll solutions in the first phase of this contract and subsequently manage their Time Management System (TMS) software and hardware integration with CnetG Asia's payroll solution.

The decision did not come as a surprise, as Eastman had from the beginning looked for a partner who shared its values, which are focused on leadership, sincerity and commitment, different possibilities of completing complex tasks, teamwork and innovation in services. CnetG Asia was also selected as it was strongly positioned as a HR company, with the right HR and statutory knowledge, besides just having systems experience. This comes as an advantage in the wake of the revised schedular tax system issued by the Inland Revenue Department of Malaysia recently.
