2. Do I have to state my salary package?
It is good for the consultant to know at the pre-screening stage. It is also a trend for potential employers to request for copies of payslip, due to increase in fraud cases.
By stating your salary, we are also able to help you further in the negotiation stage. All discussions will be kept strictly confidential.
3. How long does it take before I hear from your consultant?
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. However, that does not necessarily mean we will not consider you at all for future vacancies. If you had completed your resume efficiently, you will be spotted when we conduct a search in our extensive system.
4. Who are the clients you work for?
Our clients are multinationals. We strive to work with clients who are leaders in the industry. As we bring talents together, we have to ensure we pick the right candidate for the right client.
5. What are your first sets of criteria in selection?
In addition to what you see in AN INSIGHT INTO OUR SELECTION PROCESS, we look for candidates who have put in effort to fill up their resume, upload additional documents and candidates who have included their achievements.
