Being a HP Partner, CnetG uses only the HP range of hardware for payroll processing while software is sourced from our partner, whose range of Flex HR solutions has an established track record of over 15 years and more than  two thousand clients
• Security – we deploy various industry standard security methodologies such as authorized physical location access, multiple-levels of system & server access, password protected systems, files and folders, independent and rotated report verification processes, senior manager’s approval code for bank instruction, encryption technologies, fire-proof filing cabinets, etc.
• Continuity of Business is an area CnetG takes very seriously. The Data Centre is located within the CnetG office and is on a LAN, while web traffic is routed through web servers hosted by a professional hosting company in Kuala Lumpur. On the LAN, access to client files are restricted using Microsoft network security utilities and passwords. Daily Full Back-ups are also instituted to ensure process continuity.
• Substitute Stand-by administrators ensures continuity of service to our clients if we are faced with staff turnover, or sudden absence.
