Raj Kumar Paramanathan

Raj Kumar co-founded CnetG Asia (IRC Malaysia & Thailand) in 2001 and has 19+ years of valuable executive search experience. As a member of the 30% Club Malaysia, Raj has a strong focus on diversity recruitment and the energy industry.

Raj is a Board Member of IRC Institute, a thought leadership platform for CEOs and executive leaders to gain insights on best practices and experiences of global leaders around leadership and inter-cultural management. He is a founding member of Malaysia Women In Energy, an industry campaign he helped form, to increase women participation in the energy sector, together with the oil majors, contractors and service providers and member of the 30% Club Malaysia, a campaign to increase female participation on boards of public listed companies.
Thanks to Raj’s prior experience with Siemens, he is also Global Leader of the Energy Practice Group and serves clients from industries energy, industrial, chemicals, consumer investment banking, and aviation.

Manish Mehta

Manish co-founded CnetG Asia (IRC Malaysia and Thailand) together with Raj in 2001. Manish's 19+ years of expertise cover recruitment and talent management strategies across the pharmaceutical, life science, device, diagnostics, and other healthcare-related sectors. His clients appreciate the depth of his market knowledge that helps to recommend the best-fit candidates for each position.

Thanks to his prior experience with HSBC, Manish possesses strong knowledge of the banking industry, specifically retail and corporate banking, operations, and project management. Not to be left behind with the great pace his children have made in technology, Manish has built a deep interest in analytics, Big Data, Cloud, and digital.

Manish has expertise in industries healthcare & life sciences, banking & financial services as well as professional services.

Adrian Sa

Marie has lived and worked in 8 different countries over the past 30 years (France, Taiwan, UK, Netherlands, Brazil, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia). Based in Kuala Lumpur since 2001, she has been working with teams from Asia, Europe and the US to enhance collaboration across cultures and to adapt global corporate and safety cultures to local context. Reinier Starink

Client partner focusing on Learning interventions (Leadership, Teams, Project Execution). He operates either out of the Netherlands or Malaysia.

Reinier, born in 1960, a Dutch man, studied Sociology and Economics, and attended a MBA program at Johns Hopkins University in Bologna, Italy in 1988.

His career started working with Shell International in the field of Human Resources. He worked in HR in the Netherlands, Australia and China. Over time his span of attention started to gravitate towards business improvement initiatives, leading & managing change interventions and developing leadership capability.

After Shell he settled down in Portugal and continued his ‘Change and Leadership’ focus and became an associated partner of a consultancy business, focussing on business improvement – and leadership programs. He also started to teach, as an associated professor of ISCTE university focussing on International Project Management and Communication.

After Portugal, he moved to Malaysia where he continued with his focus on Business Turn arounds, Strategic Leadership and Change Management. He started with his own consultancy practice, then worked with a Dutch consultancy focusing on Cultural Change and later he joined Pemandu Associates, a firm focusing on private sector business turnarounds / improvements and/or on public sector country transformation programs. In between, he did a stint of 2 years with ABB in Switzerland where he was co-leading activities in their global change strategy (Journey of Excellence) for the Power division.

Since March 2020 he became a client partner focusing on Consultancy, Business turn-arounds and transformation and Leadership. He operates either out of the Netherlands or Malaysia.

Rohan Carr

With twenty years in the executive search industry, Rohan combines his previous senior experience within the chartered accounting, corporate advisory and stockbroking industries to deliver superior executive search solutions to his clients. Rohan's clients also benefit from his considerable exposure to the higher education sector, and he is regularly sought by educational institutions when undertaking senior appointments.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from Monash University. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Additionally, Rohan completed his Doctorate in Business Administration at RMIT University in 2005. Rohan commenced his executive search career at IRC Australia (The Insight Group) as an Associate before joining the international executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles where he spent three years as a Consultant.

In 2002, Rohan returned to IRC Australia as a Director, where he now consults to a range of private and public organisations across a variety of industry sectors including financial services, manufacturing, not for profit, professional services and education.

Rohan is also a member of various boards and advisory committees of private companies, not-for-profit organisations and educational institutions. Rohan is a President of the Board of IRC Global Executive Search Partners and also heads the Education Practice globally.

Katerina Meimaroglou

Katerina focuses on Executive Search at senior levels especially in FMCG, Pharma and Retail industries. Before establishing her own firm, she was a Partner of Cornerstone International Group.

She brings solid corporate experience in HR management from multinational organisations such as The Coca-Cola Company, where she worked for almost 6 years in HR Regional and Marketing Manager roles across Greece, Cyprus and Malta. Prior to that, she worked for British Petroleum as HR Advisor. She holds an MBA from Cardiff University of Wales, UK and a BSc in Statistics from Piraeus University of Economics and Business.

Katerina is a former professional volleyball player and was also a member of the National Volleyball Katerina is a Member of the Kestria Executive Board.

Michael Kantel

Michael graduated from University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen holding a Major in Business and Engineering and also holding a Master Degree from University of Stuttgart in Education and Human Resource Development.

In 2006 he joined IRC Germany (Friedrichs und Partner Unternehmensberatung GmbH) as an Executive Search Consultant and is heading the Stuttgart office. He has a very strong background in sales and marketing, with professional engagements on senior management level at FESTO, Apple Computer, Adobe Systems, XEROX and Pitney Bowes.

In those positions he served customers mainly from Industrial and Production as well as Automotive and Technology sectors. As an executive search consultant at IRC Germany, Michael is focusing on talents for Industrial and Production and Technology and Telecom. Beside this he is an associate professor at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) -Schools of Business, Engineering and Social Work- in Stuttgart, teaching Human Resource Management.

Michael is a Member of the Board of IRC Global Executive Search Partners and also heads the Industrial and Production Practice globally.

Rania Abdalla

Rania is the founder and Managing Director of IRC Egypt and UAE (Aspire HR Consultants). She is a graduate of the American University in Cairo majoring in Economics and a holder of a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management in Kingston Business School, UK.

Rania has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources out of which 11 years were in PepsiCo where she held international managerial positions in London and Dubai for 8 years before she re-located back to Cairo as the HR Director for PepsiCo Egypt. During her tenure with PepsiCo, Rania was granted many global and regional awards; she was the overall winner of the Emirates Business woman Award - a prestigious award from HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoom.

She also won the PepsiCo Chairman's Award; granted by PepsiCo CEO in New York. Moreover, she was recognized by director General of the UAE National Human Resource Development Authority through awarding her the Appreciation Award. Other awards granted to Rania include the Inclusion Award from PepsiCo Region's President and the Star Award at PepsiCo Headquarters in the US.

Rania is a member of the IRC Executive Board and the Global Leader for Consumer & Retail Practice Group.

Tom Berray

Tom Berray has worked in executive search for more than 19 years, placing executives in early-stage companies and Fortune 100s. His expertise spans IT, aerospace/defense, biotech, energy, financial services, government, professional services, healthcare and non-profits.

Prior to joining Kestria USA - Cabot Consultants, Tom was a principal in the technology practice of Heidrick & Struggles, where he recruited senior IT executives. Before joining the search field, Tom worked with Gartner's Executive Programs, advising over 200 CIOs and CTOs.

He previously held positions at Computer Associates and Xerox Corporation. Tom earned a B.S. in computer science and economics from Duke University. Tom is a member of the Kestria Executive Board.

Gurdeep S. Hora

Gurdeep founded IRC India (Synergy Consultants) in 1989 and is amongst the pioneers of the Executive Search industry in India. He continues to be involved in Executive Search assignments working with Fortune 500 & leading Indian companies across India, Middle East & Africa.

He has worked in many countries as CEO and COO, leading business operations and consulting. An Electrical & Electronics Engineer from the renowned Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) with MBA post graduations in Management & Company Law, all from Delhi, he is a regular speaker in seminars on India and conferences on talent acquisition, growth and retention.

Gurdeep is an expert in human resource management and technology integration issues and has undertaken pioneering work in the Benchmarking of Best Practices in areas of Performance Management, Talent Acquisition & Retention Strategies and Compensation & Rewards. He often speaks on these topics. Carlos Acosta

Carlos Acosta leverages more than 20 years of experience recruiting within the US and Mexico as the leader of our technical and professional recruitment practice - The QualiFind Group.

Carlos also serves as the Americas Regional Leader and the Americas Leader for IRC Global Executive Search Partners' Industrial / Manufacturing Practice Group where he collaborates with the Global Leader based in Germany and the APAC Leader based in Singapore.

He has led and managed a broad range of challenging recruiting assignments throughout the US, almost every state in Mexico and other parts of Latin America.

Representative searches for Carlos include general management, director-level to functional management, supervisory and individual contributor roles. Carlos has also led and managed complex recruitment projects for clients undertaking start-up, expansion or turnaround operations.

Tomasz Sokolowski

Tomasz Sokolowski graduated from Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics with financial specialisation. He completed a Business Administration course organised by Minnesota University and Warsaw School of Economics.

He has over twenty years experience in the personnel consulting industry. As the Vice-President at HRK he is responsible for competence diagnosis projects. He co-creates the methodology and participates in personal audit, Assessment and Development Center projects, mergers & acquisitions and employment restructuring projects.

Tomasz is an EMEA Americas Regional Leader.

Patrick Westerburger

Patrick earned a Master in Management from Boston University and a Bachelor in Hotel Management at the Maastricht School of Management in The Netherlands. For 20 years he has been involved in senior appointments, both profit and non-profit organisations.

He has travelled professionally to over 40 countries and speaks 6 different languages. Patrick has led international Sales and Marketing teams in the food business and worked as a Director of Marketing, Communication & Business Development for a global non-governmental organisation. In 2004, he became a senior partner and co-owner of IRC Netherlands (Hagoort & Partners), one of the leading Executive search firms based in The Netherlands. His client base includes multinationals in manufacturing, food, pharma, agriculture and professional services.

Malcolm Duncan

Malcolm co-founded IRC Australia (The Insight Group), in 1994 and continues to provide executive search and consulting services in the above areas with Top 100 Australian companies and Fortune 500 organisations.

More recently he has worked successfully with both local and global venture capital groups. This has involved identifying senior executives to run start-up businesses and to provide assessment of teams and organisational reviews in relation to Merger and Acquisition activities.

Malcolm also undertakes independent management assessment of Board members and senior executive teams and coaching of senior executives. Malcolm is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He is also currently a Board Member with BCA National Training and a Chair of the University of NSW Arts and Social Sciences Advisory Council. Malcolm has previously held Board positions with Currency House and KU Children's Services.

Malcolm Duncan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Master of Arts and Diploma of Education from the University of New South Wales. Monicca Yan

Chief and Founder of IRC China and Singapore (HR Partners), Monicca leads the firm’s operations for Asia, which focus on strategic leadership roles for Industrial, Healthcare and Agriculture sector clients across Asia.

Monicca has more than twenty years of executive search and consulting experience. She was based in Hong Kong and Shanghai for some 6 years before returning to Singapore. During that period, she supported clients in their expansion in Greater China region.

In addition to headhunting, she has also assisted various clients in their talent assessment, re-organization initiatives as well as post-merger integration.

Paul Knight

Client Choice Winner - Banking Executive Search Consultant of the Year - 2018 and 2019. Paul has been in the Banking and Financial Services market for more than 15 years.

After working for HSBC, where he gained numerous awards for his sales achievements, he was headhunted by a small niche executive search firm where he entered the recruitment market as a Consultant. He rapidly progressed to Associate Director managing large campaigns for UK Banks and developed his extensive experience within all levels of recruitment and executive search.

His market intelligence and sector specialism has enabled him to gain a strong reputation within Financial Services. During his career, he has successfully managed recruitment assignments at all levels for back and front office operations for global institutions.

Patricia Susanto

Patricia has over 20 years of experience in executive search and she is CEO of the Jakarta Consulting Group Indoensia for more than 10 years.

Prior Patricia held multiple positions in the executive search, media and the FMCG industry. She has assisted multiple clients internationally find the best suitable talents and worked with partners in the Netherlands, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Turkey, Japan and the UK. She specialises in the Oil & Gas, Energy and Public Sector as she has assisted in various joint-projects within these industries.

Patricia holds a Master in human resources management from the Grifith University, Brisbane, Australia and a Master in Psychology from the University of Jakarta. Manveet S. Hora

Manveet is an Executive Director at Kestria India (Synergy Consultants). He holds a Master in International Business from the prestigious Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and an Engineering Degree in Computer Sciences.

Manveet started in Recruitment and Executive Search 12 years ago, after a successful sales career in the FMCG and IT Services industry. He is passionate about assisting global organisations hire top-talent with a specific focus on Pharma, Medical Devices, Technology and Professional Services. He has also assisted global clients incubate and scale up to large operations in Finance, IT and R&D.

Robert Peck

Robert Peck serves as Partner and Managing Principal, leading the operations of our New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami offices.

In addition to his primary responsibility of leading his executive search practice, serving the real estate and financial services industries, he leads a variety of strategic initiatives across the firm in the areas of marketing, human capital, technology and strategy. As a result of his many years as a business executive in the services, real estate and technology sectors, he advises his clients with unique perspective on their executive talent needs.
