Raj Kumar Paramanathan

Inspired to deliver solutions to business problems, Raj Kumar co-founded CnetG Asia in Malaysia and Thailand in 2001. As a Partner of the firm, globally known as IRC, Raj is thrilled by opportunities to search and select the best executives for hard-to-fill or mission-critical roles.
Taking clients through a series of questions and sharing industry insights, Raj encapsulates the role profile into a solution for the business problem or aspiration. Raj realized that if necessity was the mother of inventions, inquisitiveness was the primary. Raj spends off-work hours researching on market and industry trends. He develops thought leadership articles and business ideas that can contribute to his clients growth. 

Raj was appointed to the Board of IRC Institute in 2016 to continue pursuing the agenda within a global ecosystem. Together with the other members of the Board, Raj develops a short and long-term strategy of the institute towards developing value-adding insights to clients and partners. 

Although Rajs expertise is across industries, he has built deep expertise in the energy sector. Raj has a background in project management in power generation and has worked with Siemens Power Generation Asia Pacific, prior to starting CnetG Asia. Currently, as the Global Energy Practice Leader in IRC, Raj aims to continue developing reports and insights influencing the sector, with his strong team located in all the regions, continuing the IRC agenda of sharing global trends and local insights.

Driven by "doing good things and doing it right", Raj invests his time in enabling and empowering people. As one of the mentors in Lean in Malaysia Career Programme - part of Facebooks COO, Sheryl Sandbergs Lean In initiative, Raj guided and counseled mid-career women from leading corporates towards planning and building a successful career. In parallel, he educates and inspires the industry to embrace diversity as one of the organizational values. As a member of the Global Diversity Practice, IRC, Raj believes that a diverse and inclusive organization not only delivers better performance and returns but also harnesses upon the skill sets of a wider pool of talents.

Raj holds Master of Science degree from University Kebangsaan Malaysia. He is also an avid speaker and a writer, who not only delivers at global forums, but contributes thought leadership articles to various mainstream media and publications.
Manish Mehta
Managing Partner CnetG Asia
Known as someone who is willing to climb the highest mountains and swim the seven seas for people who mean the world to him, Manish naturally tends to his parents' medical needs with utmost care with attention to details. He took the pain of remembering names of top-notch doctors in Malaysia and scientific names of drugs that his parents need to keep fit. Needless to say, that makes him an easy choice to be the Member of the IRC Healthcare and Life Science Practice Group.
Manish co-founded CnetG Malaysia and Thailand (globally known as IRC) together with his best friend, Raj Kumar in 2001. Manish's previous experience as a banker provided him the ability to provide an intense focus on providing clients high-touch service through a thorough and diligent study of their needs, probing and challenging them with questions they never contemplated in the past, in order to reach a satisfying definition of the position.

Manish's expertise covers client advisory in the area of recruitment and talent management strategies across the pharmaceutical, life science, device, diagnostics and other health care related sectors. His clients appreciate the depth of his market knowledge and the breadth of candidates and network generally, that helps to recommend the best-fit candidates for each position, for every company.

Not to be left behind with the great pace his children have made in technology, Manish has built deep interest in analytics, Big Data, Cloud and digital. He now burns the midnight oil to study trends of digital transformation in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. 

Manish holds Bachelor in Business Administration degree from University Kebangsaan Malaysi and spent the first five years of his career with HSBC Bank, in retail and corporate banking, operations and project management.
Rohan Carr
President of the IRC Executive Board
With twenty years in the executive search industry, Rohan combines his previous senior experience within the chartered accounting, corporate advisory and stockbroking industries to deliver superior executive search solutions to his clients. Rohans clients also benefit from his considerable exposure to the higher education sector, and he is regularly sought by educational institutions when undertaking senior appointments.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from Monash University. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Additionally, Rohan completed his Doctorate in Business Administration at RMIT University in 2005. Rohan commenced his executive search career at IRC Australia (The Insight Group) as an Associate before joining the international executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles where he spent three years as a Consultant. 

In 2002, Rohan returned to IRC Australia as a Director, where he now consults to a range of private and public organisations across a variety of industry sectors including financial services, manufacturing, not for profit, professional services and education. 

Rohan is also a member of various boards and advisory committees of private companies, not-for-profit organisations and educational institutions. Rohan is a President of the Board of IRC Global Executive Search Partners and also heads the Education Practice globally.
Marco M. Alemagna
Member of the IRC Executive Board
With a Political Science University Degree and a MBA at Henley Management College, Marco is the founding partner of IRC Italy (Open) and has a solid international HR experience built in multinational environments both in Italy and Europe.
Before conveying his consultancy interests into the foundation of IRC Italy, Marco was HR Director South Europe with Cadbury Schweppes and Dun & Bradstreet, and held senior HR positions at Motorola, Diageo e Coca-Cola both in Milan and London. 

Marco has successfully recruited talented individuals into senior positions in Consumer, Financial Services, Industrial, Technology & Communication, Pharma, Professional Services in Italy and in mainland Europe.Working at Board level, he also regularly supports a range of blue chip, international businesses in their Change Management programmes. 

Marco is a member of the IRC Executive Board.
Michael Kantel
Member of the IRC Executive Board
Michael graduated from University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen holding a Major in Business and Engineering and also holding a Master Degree from University of Stuttgart in Education and Human Resource Development.
In 2006 he joined IRC Germany (Friedrichs und Partner Unternehmensberatung GmbH) as an Executive Search Consultant and is heading the Stuttgart office. He has a very strong background in sales and marketing, with professional engagements on senior management level at FESTO, Apple Computer, Adobe Systems, XEROX and Pitney Bowes. 

In those positions he served customers mainly from Industrial / Production / Automotive and Technology sectors. As an executive search consultant at IRC Germany, Michael is focusing on talents for Industrial/Production and Technology /Telecom. Beside this he is an associate professor at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) -Schools of Business, Engineering and Social Work- in Stuttgart, teaching Human Resource Management. 

Michael is a Member of the Board of IRC Global Executive Search Partners and also heads the Industrial / Production Practice globally.
Rania Abdalla
Member of the IRC Executive Board
Rania is the founder and Managing Director of IRC Egypt and UAE (Aspire HR Consultants). She is a graduate of the American University in Cairo majoring in Economics and a holder of a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management in Kingston Business School, UK.
Rania has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources out of which 11 years were in PepsiCo where she held international managerial positions in London and Dubai for 8 years before she re-located back to Cairo as the HR Director for PepsiCo Egypt. During her tenure with PepsiCo, Rania was granted many global and regional awards; she was the overall winner of the Emirates Business woman Award (www.ewa.ae) - a prestigious award from HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoom.

She also won the PepsiCo Chairman's Award; granted by PepsiCo CEO in New York. Moreover, she was recognized by director General of the UAE National Human Resource Development Authority through awarding her the Appreciation Award. Other awards granted to Rania include the Inclusion Award from PepsiCo Region's President and the Star Award at PepsiCo Headquarters in the US. 

Rania is a member of the IRC Executive Board and the Global Leader for Consumer & Retail Practice Group.
Warren Carter
Member of the IRC Executive Board
Warren is the Founder and Senior Managing Partner for IRC USA and Mexico, operating under the brand - The QualiFind Group. The QualiFind Group is comprised of two distinct practice groups focused on serving both the retained executive search sector as well as professional and technical level recruitment. The retained search practice operates under the brand ExeQfind.
Warren's career in talent acquisition began early, via the US Navy where for eight-years he recruited senior personnel in aviation, intelligence and medical specialties for the US Naval Reserve. He then took sales leadership roles in international logistics organizations, followed by his first role in executive search with RSM McGladrey. In 1999, Warren founded the search firm QualiFind, which evolved into The QualiFind Group in 2013. Warrens leadership of The QualiFind Group has led to developing branch office locations throughout the US and Mexico. 

Warrens focus and development of The QualiFind Group is to create a leading role in securing management and executive leadership talent for multinational organizations operating in the US, Mexico and Central America. Warren has successfully led search assignments in agribusiness, agriscience, energy, FMCG, food processing, industrial / manufacturing, life science, not-for-profit, and professional services. 

Warren earned a bachelors degree from Hawaii Pacific University and is certified in Diversity Recruitment. Warren is a member of the IRC Executive Board and leads IRCs Agribusiness and Agriscience Practice Group.
Gurdeep S. Hora
Asia Pacific Regional Leader
Gurdeep founded IRC India (Synergy Consultants) in 1989 and is amongst the pioneers of the Executive Search industry in India. He continues to be involved in Executive Search assignments working with Fortune 500 & leading Indian companies across India, Middle East & Africa.
He has worked in many countries as CEO and COO, leading business operations and consulting. An Electrical & Electronics Engineer from the renowned Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) with MBA post graduations in Management & Company Law, all from Delhi, he is a regular speaker in seminars on India and conferences on talent acquisition, growth and retention. 

Gurdeep is an expert in human resource management and technology integration issues and has undertaken pioneering work in the Benchmarking of Best Practices in areas of Performance Management, Talent Acquisition & Retention Strategies and Compensation & Rewards. He often speaks on these topics. He has been a member of the HR-Experts Committees of many Industry Bodies, an Invitee Member of the prestigious IIT Senate, a past President of the IIT Alumni Association, advisor to many Think Tanks, Business Programmes & Schools, a creative writer and speaker, an innovative thinker and a patient guide and trainer.

Tom Berray
Americas Regional Leader
Tom Berray has worked in executive search for more than 15 years, placing executives in early-stage companies and Fortune 100s. His expertise spans IT, aerospace/defense, biotech, energy, financial services, government, professional services, healthcare and non-profits. Prior to joining IRC USA - Cabot Consultants, Tom was a principal in the technology practice of Heidrick & Struggles, where he recruited senior IT executives.
Before joining the search field, Tom worked with Gartner's Executive Programs, advising over 200 CIOs and CTOs. He previously held positions at Computer Associates and Xerox Corporation. Tom earned a B.S. in computer science and economics from Duke University. 

Tom is an IRC Americas Regional Leader.
Tomasz Sokolowski
EMEA Regional Leader
Tomasz Sokolowski graduated from Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics with financial specialisation. He completed a Business Administration course organised by Minnesota University and Warsaw School of Economics.
He has over twenty years experience in the personnel consulting industry. As the Vice-President at HRK he is responsible for competence diagnosis projects. He co-creates the methodology and participates in personal audit, Assessment and Development Center projects, mergers & acquisitions and employment restructuring projects. 

Tomasz is an EMEA Americas Regional Leader.
Patrick Westerburger
Agribusiness & Agriscience Practice Leader
Patrick earned a Master in Management from Boston University and a Bachelor in Hotel Management at the Maastricht School of Management in The Netherlands. For 20 years he has been involved in senior appointments, both profit and non-profit organizations.
He has travelled professionally to over 40 countries and speaks 6 different languages. Patrick has led international Sales and Marketing teams in the food business and worked as a Director of Marketing, Communication & Business Development for a global non-governmental organisation. In 2004, he became a senior partner and co-owner of IRC Netherlands (Hagoort & Partners), one of the leading Executive search firms based in The Netherlands. His client base includes multinationals in manufacturing, food, pharma, agriculture and professional services.
Jan Friberg
Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice Leader
Jan graduated from Stockholm School of Economics with a degree in Business Administration and Finance and has also a degree in Medicine from the Karolinska Institute.
With more than 20 years as senior manager in various positions in finance and administration he is well suited to finding talents in these area. Experience gained from McKinsey has given him an excellent analytical toolbox that is applicable for use in the executive search profession. As Managing Partner of IRC Sweden (Bondi Executive Search), Jan is now focusing on finding top talent for clients in the Nordics and northern Europe.
Malcolm Duncan
NGO & Not For Profit Practice Leader
Malcolm co-founded IRC Australia (The Insight Group), in 1994 and continues to provide executive search and consulting services in the above areas with Top 100 Australian companies and Fortune 500 organisations.
More recently he has worked successfully with both local and global venture capital groups. This has involved identifying senior executives to run start-up businesses and to provide assessment of teams and organisational reviews in relation to Merger and Acquisition activities. 

Malcolm also undertakes independent management assessment of Board members and senior executive teams and coaching of senior executives. Malcolm is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He is also currently a Board Member with BCA National Training and a Chair of the University of NSW Arts and Social Sciences Advisory Council. Malcolm has previously held Board positions with Currency House and KU Children's Services. 

Malcolm Duncan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Master of Arts and Diploma of Education from the University of New South Wales. Malcolm has also completed a General Management Program at Stanford University. Malcolm is a past President of the Executive Board of IRC Search Partners,having also served on the Board and as Regional Leader for AsiaPac.
Stacy Holland
Technology Practice Leader
Stacy founded the executive search firm, IRC USA - Exceptional People, International in 1994, with a strong resume of success completing challenging senior management searches in technology and professional services. The Bay Area executive search firm has been distinguished as one of the fastest growing private companies in San Francisco by the San Francisco Business Times.
Stacy's 20 year executive search career has leveraged earlier years of strong sales and management experience. Prior to search, Stacy enjoyed a career in consumer goods and distribution in management positions including Vice President, General Mills, Inc., where she built and directed a New York-based sales organization. 

Earlier, Stacy held management positions at Bristol-Myers, Squibb, New York, and was Director, Institutional Sales for the Raeford Division of Burlington Industries, New York. Prior to Bristol-Myers, Squibb she was with Foote, Cone and Belding in New York and London. Additionally, Stacy was brought to United Services Automobile Association for over 3 years to help that insurance leader expand it's San Antonio Headquarters. 

She has received entrepreneur and leading businesswoman awards on both coasts, including finalist recognition as a leading entrepreneur for the Business and Professional Women's Club, San Francisco Chapter, Young Career Woman of the Year for New York State. Stacy completed her undergraduate degree at Dominican University, and continues as a graduate student, Masters Candidate, in Dominicans School of Education, where she has received her teaching certificate, Social Sciences Secondary Education.
