Would a 3-hour masterclass be sufficient for a board profile writing?
The Masterclass will focus on the framework and content articulation. A Pre-Masterclass Assessment will help in self-reflection. The Masterclass will enable you to reflect on your profile, define your board aspirations and transform your executive resumes to reinforce your potential contribution as a Non-Executive Director.
How is the format of the masterclass?
It will consist of sharing of experiences, translating of those experiences into value-added contributions to the board, basic concepts and do’s and don’ts. It will involve self-reflection and also open interaction with other delegates in the room. Depending on individual preference, we also offer additional coaching sessions.
