CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
  • Consultant - Leadership Development
    The role
    • Lead business development activities for leadership development and convert interest level to successful engagement.
    • Build network of key decision makers in learning and development.
    • Engage and open up insightful discussions with decision makers/influencers in the organization to understand real business needs.
    • Develop compelling formal presentations and client proposals.
    • Identify and develop partnerships with subject matter experts with a long-term view.
    • Take lead in customization of program with the client and work with the partner to ensure effective delivery of programs.
    • In discussion with the client, design and develop modular-based programs and identify appropriate delivery methods.
    • Stay on top of the entire engagement and ensure an impactful closing to each engagement with high client satisfaction.
    • You will ensure responsibilities and expectations of each party is clearly defined and project confidentiality is honored in the entire process.
    • Build subject matter expertise in chosen fields of leadership development – particularly diversity and inclusion, inclusive leadership, transformative leadership.
    DESIRED Qualification, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
    • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university and demonstrated track record in business development and sales of leadership programs.
    • Experience in the design and development of customized leadership programs.
    • Experience in functions involving extensive engagements, conducting research and offering solutions to business problems, presentations and negotiations.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to convince and influence mindsets.
    • Excellent written and oral communication.

  • Executive Search Consultant
    The role
    • Participate actively in the development of the search strategy with the Partner or Senior Consultant, with information on appropriate industries, target companies and potential candidates.
    • Build up role profile for each search project in discussion with the Partner or Senior Consultant, to understand business strategy, operational and skills gaps, culture and as well, as expectations of the role.
    • Constantly build insights on industry trends, market findings, candidate impressions, compensation data and other information useful for the client during the course of a search.
    • Engage with target candidates, presenting the opportunity and assessing fit to the opportunity from experience, accomplishment, compensation and motivation perspectives.
    • Remain accountable in the entire search process and communicating effectively with the Partner and/or Consultants on development and outcomes.
    • Prepare detailed report for client presentation, and follow through the briefing with client and organize interviews.
    • Follow through with on-boarding with 30D, 60D and 90D review with client and candidate. 
    • Ensure up to date information for each search assignment by remain accountable for system and report update.
    • Build constant awareness of developments and changes in the industry and providing valuable updates in Practice Group meetings.
    • Be willing and proactive about contributing to the firm wide initiatives including client roundtables and advocacy around diversity and inclusion.
    • Anticipate the progress and challenges in the search process, be alert with risks and prepare with plans

    Who can take part in a CnetG Asia internship?

    Undergraduates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a desire to interact with people and the ability to adopt a hands-on approach are vital qualities to succeed in recruitment. You must be involved in team sports or team activities and possess the passion for sales to join us and take advantage of what we can offer. Graduating students from any disciplines welcomed.

    What happens to the relationship afterwards?

    If, after your internship, you have a genuine interest in the role and we feel you have demonstrated the right skills for a successful career in recruitment, we will arrange for you to meet a relevant manager/leader of one of our teams. They will interview you for a permanent place in the CnetG Asia team.
