The Role
Reporting directly to the Group Product Manager, this role requires a strong competent personality to manage the marketing division.
To master this task you should be capable of managing product profiles and able to think out of the box when developing long term plans. Furthermore, entrepreneurial spirit will be advantageous when monitoring and evaluating sales trends, analyzing competitive activities, producing monthly sales and marketing reports. Ideally you have knowledge of relevant markets to easily identify trends, barriers and opportunities for the filler brands.
Job Focus
· To prepare in-depth market and consumer insights studies and ensure they are translated into strategic brand plan to increase the market share of the company.
· To implement identified marketing strategy and convert them into a  workable plan and aligned with set marketing brand and strategy.
· To manage and control the overall brand expenses by optimizing resources and achieving set business objectives.
· To track, monitor and document implemented marketing activities (developed against specific set of quantified targets) and outcomes
· To carry out marketing post-mortem exercises and propose appropriate mitigation plan in a manner that will achieve desired business objectives.
· To develop marketing communication and advertising plan for assigned brands  
· To guide the junior marketer
Requirements to succeed in the role
· Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology or Dietitian
· Strong conceptualization, project management and marketing skills
· Good business acumen
· Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively and critically, as well as look beyond the obvious when developing solutions
· Ability to deliver timely results in the management of multiple complex tasks and/or projects
· Ability to priorities multiple competing tasks according to the business dynamics. Dedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers, customer-centric
· Possesses good communication skills in both written and verbal (presentation skills)
· Ability to work independently and function within a team
