The Role
You will drive sales of digital strategy and solutions sales comprising of online advertisement, marketing campaigns, and events to a given major account/s. You will contribute to strategic inputs based on your vast solutions sales experience, knowledge of the market and customer appetite. You will follow through a well-designed process for solutions sales. As the company is poised for aggressive growth, you will have stretched results and accountable for the accounts you manage. Job Focus
Generate revenue through sales of products and services to clients. Products include advertisement listing, event management, digital sales campaign, etc. Ideally you should be selling total solutions

Develop digital strategy for customers as part of their overall sales and marketing strategy and thus developing long-term meaningful relationships

Increasing the use of integrated marketing services and products, you will expand services with current key clients

Oversee and manage clients’ campaign executed by the coordinators

Focus on retaining existing clients and up selling more products and services that would benefit clients and increase revenue for the company

Increase market penetration with frequent, consistent and meaningful communication with the clients

Manage client's accounts ensuring healthy payments, but also manage collection and bad debts recovery                               
Requirements to succeed in the role
A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Media/Advertising, e-Commerce, Business Development or related field
Sales experience in digital sales industry will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of face-to-face selling and field sales techniques
Portray the characteristics of a strong and reliable team player
Strong sales record gained through innovative approach
Strong presentation and communications skills
Able to converse in English, Malay and at least one Chinese dialect will be an added advantage
Good to have outbound Sales experience in a customer oriented environment
