The award-winning organisation delivers some of the most challenging and complex projects for businesses around the world in various industries including energy, chemicals, power, infrastructure, mining & metals, industrial and government.
The Role
An energetic Senior HR Business Partner who will be responsible for providing supports from all angles of Human Resource deliverables in EPC's modus operandi. The individual will report directly to the Managing Director; he/she should have strong orientation towards business and projects management or project requirements. The senior manager should be self-driven with inclination towards strengthening the business, with strong HR and business partnering skills, and plays an effective role in providing input for strategic decisions.
Job Focus
HR Advisory - you will be advising key stakeholders in regard to organisational and talent development, performance management, C&B, and employee relations.

Project Proposal and Pursuits - you will identify resources and capabilities requirements based on project scope, provide budgeting and prevailing rates of professionals and contractors inputs during project proposal or new project pursuits.

Project Execution - you will be interpreting contracts from resource planning, budgeting and management perspectives and ensure proper support is provided on time.

Recruitment - you will be providing input with respect to manpower planning and hiring, and also re-assignment of current workforce to other projects.
      
International assignments - you will ensure that internal colleagues from offices in other countries are delegated to the sites with the right contracts in place, employee welfare and wellbeing taken care of. 
Requirements to succeed in the role
15 years of working experience. At least 3 years of managerial/leadership experience.
