He also goes the extra mile in bridging the gap between representing the employer in recruiting a candidate based in the given criteria and understanding the strength of a candidate that the employer might have overlooked that is crucial to perform the job. The sincerity in understanding the candidate allows Manish to understand a candidate in depth.

Manish played a key role in pushing hard for my employment offer once he is able to see that I for the position being recruited for. This persistence was on both ends if employer and candidate. Often recruiters are too quick to give in to employer's first decision on a candidate and fail to read between the lines. There is a hierarchical respect of agreeing with the client although in truth they might not be agreeable. Manish speaks out and is heard as he has the interest of both employer and candidate.

With Pharma employee roles evolving from its traditional JD, CnetG May need to put more effort to speak to more Pharma employees to understand challenges faced etc to enable them to understand employees better.

A challenge that I faced and foresee to face for some time in future is the changing pay scale and remuneration package for candidates. Employers want to pay median or mean pay for the job grade/function while looking for candidates who are the top 5th percentile of the available candidates for the job (ie wanting top candidates but only willing to pay market average). Salary survey from Kelly and others can be very misleading when one is looking for the top performers”
