Thanks to his prior experience with HSBC, Manish possesses strong knowledge of the banking industry, specifically retail and corporate banking, operations, and project management. Not to be left behind with the great pace his children have made in technology, Manish has built a deep interest in analytics, Big Data, Cloud, and digital.

Reinier, born in 1960, a Dutch man, studied Sociology and Economics, and attended a MBA program at Johns Hopkins University in Bologna, Italy in 1988.

His career started working with Shell International in the field of Human Resources. He worked in HR in the Netherlands, Australia and China. Over time his span of attention started to gravitate towards business improvement initiatives, leading & managing change interventions and developing leadership capability.

After Shell he settled down in Portugal and continued his ‘Change and Leadership’ focus and became an associated partner of a consultancy business, focussing on business improvement – and leadership programs. He also started to teach, as an associated professor of ISCTE university focussing on International Project Management and Communication.

After Portugal, he moved to Malaysia where he continued with his focus on Business Turn arounds, Strategic Leadership and Change Management. He started with his own consultancy practice, then worked with a Dutch consultancy focusing on Cultural Change and later he joined Pemandu Associates, a firm focusing on private sector business turnarounds / improvements and/or on public sector country transformation programs. Michael graduated from University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen holding a Major in Business and Engineering and also holding a Master Degree from University of Stuttgart in Education and Human Resource Development.
In 2006 he joined IRC Germany (Friedrichs und Partner Unternehmensberatung GmbH) as an Executive Search Consultant and is heading the Stuttgart office. He has a very strong background in sales and marketing, with professional engagements on senior management level at FESTO, Apple Computer, Adobe Systems, XEROX and Pitney Bowes. 

In those positions he served customers mainly from Industrial and Production as well as Automotive and Technology sectors. As an executive search consultant at IRC Germany, Michael is focusing on talents for Industrial and Production and Technology  and Telecom. Beside this he is an associate professor at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) -Schools of Business, Engineering and Social Work- in Stuttgart, teaching Human Resource Management.

Rania has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources out of which 11 years were in PepsiCo where she held international managerial positions in London and Dubai for 8 years before she re-located back to Cairo as the HR Director for PepsiCo Egypt. During her tenure with PepsiCo, Rania was granted many global and regional awards; she was the overall winner of the Emirates Business woman Award - a prestigious award from HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoom.

She also won the PepsiCo Chairman's Award; granted by PepsiCo CEO in New York. Moreover, she was recognized by director General of the UAE National Human Resource Development Authority through awarding her the Appreciation Award. Other awards granted to Rania include the Inclusion Award from PepsiCo Region's President and the Star Award at PepsiCo Headquarters in the US.

Prior to joining Kestria USA - Cabot Consultants, Tom was a principal in the technology practice of Heidrick & Struggles, where he recruited senior IT executives. Before joining the search field, Tom worked with Gartner's Executive Programs, advising over 200 CIOs and CTOs. 

He previously held positions at Computer Associates and Xerox Corporation. Tom earned a B.S. in computer science and economics from Duke University. Tom is a member of the Kestria Executive Board.

Malcolm co-founded IRC Australia (The Insight Group), in 1994 and continues to provide executive search and consulting services in the above areas with Top 100 Australian companies and Fortune 500 organisations.
More recently he has worked successfully with both local and global venture capital groups. This has involved identifying senior executives to run start-up businesses and to provide assessment of teams and organisational reviews in relation to Merger and Acquisition activities. 

Malcolm also undertakes independent management assessment of Board members and senior executive teams and coaching of senior executives. Malcolm is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
