Mental health problems are the largest cause of disabilities in the world according to the Pan American Health Organisation. Of these problems, anxiety is one of the largest disabilities reported.

Have you found yourself staring at your screen unable to focus on your tasks, or feeling your heartbeat pound as you are confronted with something new at the workplace? Or do you catch yourself playing a situation in the past or future over and over in your head, analysing how it could go wrong? These are all possible signs of anxiety.

In a world where busyness is a status symbol, more and more of us are succumbing to productivity anxiety.

Contact us for a half day workshop that aims to educate your leaders and teams on understanding the sensory and thoughts behind anxiety and more importantly equip them with strategies and tools on how they can manage anxiety and support colleagues and team members who suffer from anxiety.
