Our story started with the two founders, Raj Kumar Paramanathan and Manish Mehta who came together to start an enterprise. Driven by the passion of creating meaningful impact on people’s lives and leveraging their experience in the energy sector and the finance industry, Raj and Manish decided that getting in the people business best underscores their purpose and passion.
CnetG Asia was born as a Human Resourcing Outsourcing company in 2001 during the dotcom era. The era and frenzy around innovative solutions influenced the styling of the firm’s name, brand and approach. The brand CnetG was styled after the ubiquitous “SYNERGY”. The C in CnetG represents our Customers, and the G represents their Goals, their aspiration and ambition. The silent net embodies a powerful catalyst that enables customers to achieve their goals through their people.

Guided by the principle “Passion in People”, we have been placing top talents ever since. The people in our principle also refers to our clients and hiring managers we work with. We continue to work with them even after each appointment to ensure that they succeed as result of great talents we placed. We bridged talents. Fuelled by our clients’ trust gained from our ability to exceed expectations, we were not only fortunate to be part of their growth story but we also evolved into offering broader advisory services in talent management.

We became a full-fledged retained executive search firm and that too during the crisis, and we have joined the world’s largest global network IRC Global Executive Search Partners to deliver assignments in every corner of the world.

Today our team of experts delivers high-level executive search and leadership consulting across the Energy, Healthcare and Lifesciences, Industrial, Agriculture, Banking and Financial Services and FMCG industry. On top of that, we coach senior managers and develop the talents of tomorrow together with our clients through tailored programs with partners from well-known business schools. We work together with colleagues from 45+ countries on a day-to-day basis, some of them from the best executive search providers in the region.

Until this day, we are living up to our own standards. This year, we are emerging afresh with a brand-new logo. Choosing to challenge and question the norms was never by accident, it was always in the best interest of discovering the right talents, no matter how arduous the search.

The star symbolises the connectedness and importance we equally have toward our clients and candidates.
