Asia Pacific HR leaders are joining with IRC Global Executive Search Partners for a Leadership Round Table discussion exploring the issue of Executive Retention. 

The event is organised by IRC in Singapore. IRC Global Executive Search Partners are holding their Asia Pacific Regional Meeting in Singapore on February 13 and 14, 2017 and are inviting HR executives from the region to exchange their thoughts on the executive retention, one of the most vital aspects of the management of leadership talent.

Delegates are joining from 14 countries and focus on the strategic importance and drivers of the executive retention in the Asia Pacific context, striving to identify the denominators of the successful organisational programs and strategies. 

Asia Pacific region is experiencing a constant inflow of talent from various regions and cultures. How does this affect organisations operating in the market? 
How easy or difficult is it to anticipate leadership needs for the future and create a structured program for leadership development? 

These are some of the questions that will be discussed by the participants of the IRC Leadership Round Table.
