Do you know of someone who wants to win at all cost, irrespective of the damage it causes to others? What about someone who takes all the credit for everything good that happens and dumps anything that is not going well on others? Do you know that they may actually be full of fear, insecurities and self doubts and may be trying to cover these by displaying macho behaviour?

How about someone who cannot say No to anything or anyone, ends up being exploited and feeling like a doormat? Do you sense that their cover of being compassionate, large hearted nobility of being a martyr is a coping mechanism to manage how they are feeling inside?

What can we do to develop an insights on what is driving these behaviours and what we can do about this?

Welcome to the fascinating world of Jungian Archetypes that describes different archetypes that we all possess. Overuse of some of these archetypes while other archetypes being less used or underdeveloped could result in the behaviours listed above. Considerable work has been done by renowned psychologist like Carl Jung, Carol Pearson and Shirzad Chamine in the field of Archetypes and Positive intelligence.

We have developed an experiential program that leverages insights from Archetypes with practical assessment tool around positive intelligence to generate insights to better understand ourselves and others. With self awareness, individuals choose to gain more deeper insights and to co-create strategies and actions to bring a balance in the strength of different archetypes to enrich their career and life.

This power hour session involves a pre-work in the form of taking an assessment. Developing an understanding and appreciation of archetypes helps us to activate dormant archetypes. This helps us to breakthrough the perceived limitation, take appropriate actions to fully realise our potential and blossom in all areas of our life.

The “Power Hour” session is for an “invite only” audience. The participants will learn about the different archetypes, their signature strengths, weakness and how the shadow side of the archetype’s strength manifest as unhealthy behaviour. The participants will go through self-assessment exercise to identify the archetypes that are active and working for them and those that are waiting to be awakened.
