Recently, CnetG placed an interim CFO for a renewable energy company. The interim CFO will be responsible to improve treasury and cash management of the energy start-up. Raj Kumar Paramanathan, Managing Partner of CnetG Asia said that the interim managers are selected based on the same 7-step search methodology which delivers experts who can adapt quickly to the business and culture.
Interim managers act as catalyst of change and remain unswayed by influential factors allowing them to act neutral as they address and assess situations from an unbiased perspective.
